Captain Nemo wants Blizzards after Snow, Hailfinder wants Blizzards after either, and Merciless wants Blizzards after Snow or Blizzards. The rarest are the reverse: Bishopfish wants Clear Skies, and Warballoon takes any clear weather, and clear weather is only 15% of blocks.
