Privacy Policy

FFXIV Fieldcraft is a free, browser-based companion tool. There are no accounts and no login. The choices you make in the app — the items and fish you follow, your theme, and your alarm settings — are saved in your own browser and never sent to us. We don't sell your data. The only information that reaches us is what you choose to type into the feedback form.

In your browser (local only): your watch list, theme preference, and alarm settings are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings. Clearing them simply resets the app.

Feedback you send: if you use the feedback form, the message — and any contact details you include — is delivered to us by email (through the email provider Resend) so we can read and act on it. Please don't include sensitive personal information. We use it only to respond to and improve the tool.

The app itself uses local storage for your preferences, not tracking cookies. However, this site is supported by advertising, and we use Google AdSense to display ads.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits here and elsewhere on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of a wider range of third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are useful and how the site performs. It's privacy-friendly: it measures aggregate usage (page views, referrers, rough location, device type) without cookies and without building a profile of you or selling your data. Our host, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and reliability.

This site is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
