In short
Prime Fossilized Dragon's Scale is a level 90 Miner collectable gathered from a single legendary node in Ultima Thule. It opens at 04:00 and 16:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Celestial Mining Folklore tome.
About Prime Fossilized Dragon's Scale
This remnant of ancient draconic life was unearthed in Ultima Thule. Under the right conditions, it could become sublime.
Prime Fossilized Dragon's Scale reduces into Wind Crystals, Wind Clusters and Potent Igneous Glioaether for the five-star expert recipes. At max collectability it can become the Sublime version.
The node needs 4,000 Perception and the Tome of Geological Folklore - The Sea of Stars. It shares a node with Softsilver Ore at Ostrakon Deka-okto in Ultima Thule on the 4:00 and 16:00 window.
