In short
Double-edged Herb is a level 90 Botanist crafting reagent gathered from a single legendary node in Ultima Thule. It opens at 10:00 and 22:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Celestial Botany Folklore tome.
About Double-edged Herb
Incredibly potent, but also incredibly hard to find without getting lost in the woods and meeting an untimely end.
Double-edged Herb is the reagent for all five Grade 6 Alkahests, the intermediates alchemists fold into level 90 tinctures and Classical gear. Like the rest of the 6.0 legendaries, it's a leveling and glamour material today.
The node needs 2,990 Perception and the Tome of Botanical Folklore - The Sea of Stars, which covers Mare Lamentorum and Ultima Thule.
It shares a node with Potent Spice and Prime Crystalbloom at The Tube in Ultima Thule on the 10:00 and 22:00 window.
