Where to gather (3)
In short
Stonehard Water is a level 90 Miner crafting reagent gathered from 3 legendary nodes in Elpis, Garlemald, and Mare Lamentorum. Each node runs on its own Eorzea-time schedule; see the windows below. Each node stays hidden until you've read the tome for its own region: Ancient Mining Folklore for Elpis, Northern Mining Folklore for Garlemald, and Celestial Mining Folklore for Mare Lamentorum.
About Stonehard Water
Water so replete with minerals that drinking it unboiled is inadvisable, regardless of how appealing that may seem.
Stonehard Water is the alchemist's reagent for all five Grade 6 Tinctures, the level 90 stat potions. Grade 6 is no longer the top tier, but the tinctures are still a cheap leveling craft for alchemists.
It has no Perception requirement and shows up on three legendary nodes: Ktisis Hyperboreia in Elpis (World Unsundered tome), Juturna Platform G in Garlemald and Kydonia Knolls in Mare Lamentorum (Ilsabard and Sea of Stars tomes).
Those nodes also hold Rhodium Sand, Rime Dolomite, Raw Eblan Danburite, Prime Siderite and Lunar Adamantite Ore, so you'll gather the water as a bonus on those runs.
