In short
Rhodium Sand is a level 90 Miner ore or stone gathered from a single legendary node in Elpis. It opens at 04:00 and 16:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Ancient Mining Folklore tome.
About Rhodium Sand
Sand consisting of tiny grains of rhodium.
Rhodium Sand becomes Rhodium Ingot for the Classical accessories and the Cane of Sanctifying Light. All of that is level 90 crafting, so it's a glamour and crafter-leveling material now.
The node needs 2,990 Perception and the Tome of Geological Folklore - The World Unsundered, which covers Elpis.
It shares a node with Stonehard Water at Ktisis Hyperboreia in Elpis on the 4:00 and 16:00 window.
