In short
Teak Log is a level 60 Botanist log gathered from a single legendary node in The Dravanian Hinterlands. It opens at 00:00 and 12:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Dravanian Botany Folklore tome.
