In short
Cordia Sap is a level 100 Botanist crafting reagent gathered from a single legendary node in Yak T'el. It opens at 00:00 and 12:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Yok Turali Botany Folklore tome.
About Cordia Sap
A partially congealed ball of sticky sap extracted from a cordia tree.
Cordia Sap is the only gathered path into Craftsman's Tri-solution, the alchemical intermediate under the Crested crafting and gathering gear and the Gold Thumb's tool set. If you're building that gear, you'll need a lot of it.
The node needs 4,960 Perception and the Tome of Botanical Folklore - Yok Tural.
Reach 5,254 Perception and the node adds Gatherer's Boon Chance +40%. With 5,090 Gathering it can also roll +1 yield, or +2 attempts at 930 GP or more. It shares a node with Cordia Log at The Xobr'it Cinderfield in Yak T'el on the midnight and noon window.
