In short
Nopaliflower is a level 100 Botanist crafting reagent gathered from a single legendary node in Shaaloani. It opens at 02:00 and 14:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Xak Turali Botany Folklore tome.
About Nopaliflower
A vibrant flower harvested from a cactus in the Shaaloani wilderness.
Nopaliflower feeds the Grade 2 Gemsaps of every stat, and one of those goes into nearly every Archeo Kingdom gear recipe. It's also in Majestic Polish, the third delivery for the Phantom Weapon quest Under No Illusion.
The node needs 4,480 Perception and the Tome of Botanical Folklore - Xak Tural.
It spawns in the Eshceyaani Wilds of Shaaloani on the 2:00 and 14:00 window. The Goldbranch ephemeral opens in the same wilds at 4:00, so a botanist can chain the two.
