In short
Prime Sphongos is a level 90 Botanist collectable gathered from a single legendary node in Elpis. It opens at 02:00 and 14:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Ancient Botany Folklore tome.
About Prime Sphongos
A spongy mushroom imbued with fascinating life energy. Under the right conditions, it could become sublime.
Prime Sphongos reduces into Water Crystals, Water Clusters and Pure Verdurous Glioaether. At max collectability it can become Sublime Sphongos, the better source of that Glioaether. This is a reduction collectable only, not a relic delivery.
The node needs 3,850 Perception and the Tome of Botanical Folklore - The World Unsundered. It shares a node with Paldao Log at The Twelve Wonders in Elpis on the 2:00 and 14:00 window.
