In short
Rarefied Palm Log is a level 85 Botanist collectable gathered from a single unspoiled node in Thavnair. It opens at 02:00 and 14:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes.
About Rarefied Palm Log
The lack of rings makes this lumber impossible to date─or, as particularly aggravating naturalists might say, “stuck in the frond zone.”
Rarefied Palm Log is the first Endwalker Botanist leveling collectable, for levels 80 and 81: 9 Purple Scrips at 600 collectability, 14 at 800, 22 at 1,000. Hand it to the Collectable Appraiser in Radz-at-Han's East Balshahn Bazaar (around X11.7, Y9.9).
It shares a node with Rarefied Coconut at The Hamsa Hatchery in Thavnair on the 2:00 and 14:00 window. The coconut pays more from level 82.
