In short
Sandalwood Sap is a level 80 Botanist crafting reagent gathered from a single legendary node in The Rak'tika Greatwood. It opens at 02:00 and 14:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Vrandtic Botany Folklore tome.
