In short
Yanxian Cotton Boll is a level 70 Botanist textile material gathered from a single legendary node in Yanxia. It opens at 02:00 and 14:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Othardian Botany Folklore tome.
