In short
Torreya Log is a level 70 Botanist log gathered from a single legendary node in The Lochs. It opens at 06:00 and 18:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Gyr Abanian Botany Folklore tome.
