In short
Honeydew Almonds is a level 60 Botanist cooking ingredient gathered from a single legendary node in The Sea of Clouds. It opens at 00:00 and 12:00 Eorzea time and stays up for 2 Eorzea hours, which is about 6 real minutes. The node stays hidden until you've read the Abalathian Botany Folklore tome.
