Gharlichthys is a big fish you catch at The Perfumed Tides in Thavnair. It's catchable from 14:00 to 16:00 Eorzea time, when the weather is Fair Skies, right after Showers. Use Mackerel Strip as bait. You'll need Fisher's Intuition first: catch 12 Basilosaurus at the same hole.
