How to get it now
Hyphalosaurus is a big fish you catch at Deepmoat in Labyrinthos. It's catchable from 09:00 to 12:00 Eorzea time, when the weather is Fair Skies, right after Clear Skies. Mooch it: Mayfly → Astacus Aetherius. You'll need Fisher's Intuition first: catch 3 Astacus Aetherius at the same hole.
